Aquarius Avenue “Betta Leong” Live Betta Auction

Collection Policy

Please collect your betta(s) within 2 days after the auction ends. We will not be responsible for any sickness, stress, or death due to delayed collection.

Fish(es) not collected within 5 days after the auction will be considered forfeited and may be given away as GA (giveaway) without further notice.

Collection methods:

  • Self-collection
  • Delivery available at $12/trip
    (excluding Sentosa & Tuas areas)

Please note:

  •  No refunds, replacements, or
    warranties will be provided once 
    the fish are in your possession.
  • All fishes are healthy and free
    from visible signs of stress or 
    illness during the auction.

  • After 5 days, even if the fish is forfeited,
    the payment will not be refunded.

     

Transhipping Terms & Delivery Policy:

1. The transhipper acts solely as a transportation and logistics service provider and is not affiliated with, or responsible for any transaction between the seller and buyer.

2. All purchases, agreements, guarantees, and disputes regarding the fish are strictly between the seller and the buyer.

3. The transhipper does not guarantee the health, quality, quantity, or condition of any fish purchased.

4. Once the shipment has arrived in Singapore, all shipping and handling charges remain payable regardless of the condition of the fish upon arrival.

5. In the event of any fish arriving dead (DOA), the buyer shall remain responsible for the full shipping and handling costs incurred.

6. Any compensation, refund, replacement, or claim for losses must be settled directly between the buyer and the seller.

7. By engaging the transhipper’s services, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

8. ⁠The transhipper shall not be liable for any loss, injury, illness, delay, mortality, or damages arised during transit

Transhipping Fees:

Small Fish (Betta, Guppy, Molly, etc.)

Up to 4-inch bag size → S$5 per fish

Up to 5-inch bag size → S$7 per fish

 

Flowerhorn & Large Cichlids (by size)

Measured from mouth to tail:

1 – 4 inch → S$12

4 – 5 inch → S$22

5 – 6 inch → S$38

6 – 7 inch → S$55

7 – 8 inch → S$70

8 – 9 inch → S$85

9 – 10 inch → S$95
